Saturday Dinner...
Dinner tonight was basically a repeat of dinner last night. A salad with half of a chicken breast (because we had it leftover from last week) with the addition of half an avocado. I feel full...hope it lasts!
Also, just thinking about your comment about the feeling of fullness lasting...we are often hungry about 2-3 hours after dinner, and things we often use as a "go to" pre-bedtime snack are veggies and bean dip, air popcorn, rice cake, or cereal...or sometimes we just go to bed hungry...sucks for the time being, but may make a difference in the long run.
