10 seconds of whazzing in the food processor and these roasted goods transformed into a delicious salsa. I added salt, oregano, cumin, and black pepper...I would have put cilantro if we had it.The Page and Peters journey to health and happiness! Yum! Plus...I love whazzing! We should all whaz more often. Are you eating corn chips with your salsa? If so, I want some!
ReplyDeleteWe try to never have corn chips in the house...too dangerous! We have some healthy-ish pita chips, but often just dip veggies (like mushrooms or peas or carrots). We also love those "34 degrees" crackers (I think) that are super thin. Mostly, we put salsa on beans and rice or bean burritos!!!
