Day 1 of the 1st day of the rest of our lives! No dinner previous evening, so we were famished! Both worked out, had scrambled eggs (desperation and no shopping as of yet), and napped. Very nice! Suke had PB toast, I 'had' juice...and then more (different) juice. Kefir and flaxseed flour. Strange. Excited, though. Half a chicken breast each and nice salad with mushrooms and radish and green onions and sunflower seeds and vinegar and oil dressing. Excellent. Hungry! Wine. Ice cream. Nice day.
It was frozen yogurt! No ice cream here!!!
