Cilantro & Cumin Shrimp

Made this for dinner tonight.  I didn't have cilantro and I didn't use cumin...;) I did use that apple & garlic pepper jelly I bought at Garlic Fest. It was ok...Joel liked it better than moi except he thought the shrimp tasted freezer burned...:/

  1. This looks so yummy mummy!!! The taste does sound interesting (the apple jelly stuff and no cumin ;P) but you know I'll try anything twice! The last shrimp dish you made was incredible (albeit less healthy)!

    Just curious...what are Rotelles from your salsa recipe?
    I want a spoonful or two of that BTW.

    1. Rotells is just a brand of canned tomatoes that have green chilis is them.
